One word to describe my wine

The history of the Château
The Cru Biston is founded in the eighteenth century by Mr. Biston. Its wines are classified by The Intendance of Guyenne in 1776, then in 1850, the first Feret mention Cru Biston among the first wines of Moulis. In 1860, Château Biston becomes Château Biston-Brillette. In 1936, the family Lagarde acquired Château Biston-Brillette and his 5 ha of vines left. A quarter century later, Christiane Lagarde married Michel Barbarin, the couple had two son, Serge in 1961, Jean-Paul in 1964. Parties with a few ha of vines, Christiane and Michel Barbarin decided to come out of its torpor the vineyard. It will take them 25 years to bring the vineyard to 15 ha and to restore its luster and the name of Château Biston-Brillette. The winery is now run by Jean-Paul and Serge Barbarin. After a solid industrial technician training, Serge, made ??by winemaker passion, joined the family vineyard in 1985 at the age of 25. He will be follow by Jean-Paul who has just completed his studies in wine oenology passed in Montpellier. Since then, the two brothers, united by the same fiber winemaker, brought the family estate at its breakeven (26 ha).
