Tasting Notes
16,67/20 - Decanter
Vigorous and vibrant sweet spice, vanilla, cream, oak, woodsmoke and blackberry. Good depth and vineyard origin with oak, tannins and acidity all in balance. Stylish and long with a lovely aromatic finish.
15/20 - RVF
70 % cabernet-sauvignon et 30 % merlot, c’est assez classique. Mais la vinification nous a semblé particulièrement adroite et le prix doux.

The history of the Château
In 1868, the vineyard is already classified as a Cru Bourgeois. The history of this property is experiencing a revival first in 1991, thanks to Hubert Rouy, who acquired the castle, built in the early eighteenth century and the vineyard that surrounds it. Bruno joined his son on the property in 2004. The property currently produces about 112 barrels of wine whose quality is consistently recognized nationally and internationally. Escot, a bottle of style ... In the landscape of Bordeaux, Chateau Escot made ??its revolution and breaks with the traditional codes Medoc. Color: orange, for its dynamism and elegance. Prestigious collaboration: that of Michel Rolland wine cabinet, famous world-renowned winemaker. Therefore, Escot Castle responds even better, by its quality and growing seduction, Rouy Bruno's ambitions for this beautiful property Médoc.
