My first wine memory
The smell of the harvest by returning of the school when young I crossed the wine warehouse of my father.

One word to describe my wine
Voluptuous

The history of the Château
In 1720, the Earl of Lynch built the present house to do his hunting lodge. The following century, the Earl of Pontac bought the house, giving his name to the property. In the 50’s, Jean-Pierre BONDON is acquiring the domain. Today, Château Pontac-Lynch, property of 10 ha, classify Cru Bourgeois since 1932, is blessed by his place. Indeed, the vineyard of Château Pontac Lynch has famous neighbors: not only Château Margaux, it is literally surrounded to the north and west by the vineyards of Château Palmer and Rauzan Ségla, and south by those of Château d’Issan.

Food pairings for my wine
Duck breast with ceps (boletus)
