Manager

My first wine memory
The beauty of the colors and aromas of the grapes freshly crushed.

One word to describe my wine
Complexity

The history of the Château
The origin of the name "De Bensse" dates back to the 17thcentury. Nicolas De Bensse was Squire in Saint-Louis chivalry. This order was created by Louis XIV to reward Catholic officers. Nowadays, the building of the Château still remains in the village of Prignac-en-Médoc. The technical team of the winery has the chance to have its offices there.

Food pairings for my wine
Roasted rabbit, grilled chicken, beef "entrecôte à la bordelaise", pasta dishes or cheese.
