Located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gironde Estuary, in the heart of M\u00e9doc, its warm and humid microclimate is extremely favorable. Deep soils are mostly made of clay and limestone pebbles. In 2003 I purchased the additional vineyard of Ch\u00e2teau des Cabans, a property labelled with the appellation of Cru Bourgeois since 1855, along with those at Ch\u00e2teau Haut Bana and Ch\u00e2teau Le Breuil Renaissance.
